We anticipate that most people will hire a car for their holiday but there is a local bus - air-conditioned coach -from the village to the coast and Malaga three times a day. The coaches are comfortable and air conditioned and CHEAP - less than £2.00 to go to Malaga. The bus stop is at the entrance to the village, opposite Bar Marcos. Buses (no.19) run every 15 minutes from Malaga Airport to the Central Bus Depot in Malaga where the above bus can be picked up. Competa-Malaga Bus Timetable

There is at present only one Internet café in Calle San Antonio, beside the city hall.
End of Calle San Antonio. They will wash, dry and iron clothes for about £4.
Main Car Park in
Avenida de la Constitución. Fresh fruit and
vegetables, current CDs, T-shirts, Trousers, Music.
There are several pharmacies (Farmacia) in Cómpeta . One in Calle San Antonio near the Internet cafe and the other one opposite the Bar Loro near the Plaza Almijara (main square).
